10 weeks to 'Rocket Launch USA 2011'

So here we are at another '10 weeks out' assessment, pre-contest for another year. With everything that has been going on with work, training and well LIFE, I have to admit this has kind of snuck up on me. This is why having a clear plan is the single most important piece of advice I can share with you, no plan means that when you do take stock of your progress, the chances are you have probably missed the necessary window of opportunity.

Being prepared is not JUST about avoiding failure, it is about being ready at any given moment to grasp EVERY opportunity that passes your way. Fortune does not favour the brave, it favours the prepared and skilled. Those that have taken the time to arm themselves with the tools both psychologically and physically to take on any challenge. So although the time has snuck up on me a little, I am at exactly the right place in my preparations for the next evolution of my program.... and it is going pretty darn well. I am injury free, on track with all dieting and my sessions are having cripplingly great effect. So happy days.

Exciting news as we move toward the USA trip, I have been accepted by one of the top fitness model development groups in Florida and will be shooting with them in October, so you can imagine I am VERY VERY excited about this news. Couple this with finally getting my Women's Wellness Development program for corporates and students off the ground and I am super excited about the public speaking engagements I will have in the coming months. Nashville will be a massive, massive experience for me where i will be speaking in front of 5000 people.

So as i drag my crippled butt off the couch after breakfast and head back to the gym.  Yes Sundays religious Leg session with Penny exacted the desired damage..I am so sore today. I have 1 more week off Altitude training respite, before I hit it again for another 5 weeks, which will bring me perfectly into the Tour...
Stay tuned...things are afoot peeps...xx
