Conferences & 16 weeks count down

As usual another month has dashed by in a whirl. I have just spent 4 days in sunny Perth meeting and presenting at the NSA National Conference. The first of my larger presentations, about 150 were in attendance and I had a blast meeting all the people who came along. With hopes of speaking in Nashville firmly in place in October, the end of the year really looks like it is going to be a majorly positive and personal growth experience. I simply cannot wait.

Sadly today was marred by the sudden loss of a dear friend and associate David Adamo, who was taken to soon in a fatal road accident. He was a cherished member of the Dohertys clan and we will all miss him dearly, despite his 21 years here, he touched the lives of many and so many travelled far and wide to pay their respects.

So we have 16 weeks until the USA Tour begins, I am on track and have a real excitement about this pending competition tour, I am looking forward to meeting many friends along the way and also seeing the processing facilities for NSA/Juice Plus+ which is in San Diego. So, her we go cardio and goodbye particular food groups, time to get lean n mean..well lean anyhow....
